A Tradition of Quality Since 1996

BIOSECURITY

Built to protect what matters.

Biosecurity at BoarMax goes far beyond the facility itself. Controlled access, filtered environments, extensive isolation protocols, and routine diagnostic monitoring provide multiple layers of protection against disease risk. Our health program includes ongoing surveillance for major swine pathogens including PRRS, PEDV, PDCoV, and TGE.

SEMEN PRODUCTION

Precision behind every dose.

Every collection is evaluated by trained technicians using computerized semen analysis. Motility, morphology, and concentration are evaluated against established standards before processing, while temperature, extension, packaging, and cooling are controlled throughout production.

Quality Assurance

Quality we continue to verify.

Our quality-control process doesn't end when a dose is packaged. Retained samples continue to be monitored after production, routine bacteriology is performed, and samples are regularly submitted to an independent andrology laboratory for additional analysis.
